About Jordan

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • Housetrained: Yes
Name: Jordan
Sex: Male
Approx. DOB: January 2005
Weight: Approx. 55 lbs.
Coat Color: Gray and White
Eye Color: Bi-Eyed, One brown and one blue
Energy Level: Medium, will play with the girls the most as he does fancy himself a Ladies Man!
Personality: You look at Jordan and reach out to pet him and he rolls over for a belly rub. He's a big ole baby and loves to try and work his way into your lap for more pets and loving. He does great with female dogs and well with most males but has had some confrontations with males at his foster home. Jordan has full house privileges as he is not destructive and has great house manners. He is quite simply an awesome dog. He does hover at the front door sometimes, thinking that his Foster Mom doesn't know the breed and he's going to sneak out so he will need to be watched for door rushing. He is a wonderful companion and is playful and bouncy outside but settles down beautifully inside as he is rather lazy when he's inside!
Good with Dogs: Yes but seems better with females.
Good with Cats: NO, NADDA, NOT A CHANCE
Good with Children: Absolutely
Housetrained: Yes
Crate Trained: Yes but does pace back and forth. He is not currently crated in his foster home because he is so good out and about the house.
Rides Well in Car: Yes
Leash Trained: Does pretty well on leash with not much pulling.
Basic Obedience: Jordan does know sit and has great house manners. He's not destructive in the house and chews on appropriate dog toys. As mentioned previously, he does try to rush doors so needs to be watched when coming in and out of the house.
